Kimberly Glass is a former RN turned personal trainer & nutrition coach. Kim competed in figure competitions from 2012-2014 and this experience taught her so much about how we can change our body composition through weight training and nutrition.
In 2014, Kim started Crossfit and absolutely fell in love with the sport. She learned so much about functional fitness through learning and competing in Crossfit Competitions.
Kim created Healthy Habits Coaching in 2015 because people would often ask her how they could achieve being more tight, toned and muscular. She found herself helping people regularly through conversations and emails because she wanted to help them reach their goals. From there, she was nudged by family and friends to start her own business.
Healthy Habits Coaching is 1:1 coaching with Kim. Each client is unique with their needs and starting point along with their personal goals, therefore no two plans are alike. We focus on the five pillars of health and wellness:
