I met Kimberly Glass roughly 3 years ago. It was by a chance that we ran into each other. A family member of mine introduced us. I found out about Kim’s business and quickly learned more. The following week, I started training with her. It has been the best three years physically. I am so much stronger! I use the functional moves, I have learned and applied into my everyday life. I am stronger when I compete! I use the compound moves to complete barn chores. Overall, my physical health has improved tremendously due to Kim. Also, Kim found a way to improve my eating habits that fit into my busy life. (I am a wife, mom, boss, and student). Kim’s overall approach is very enduring and kind. She is very passionate about helping others. Her energy is contagious. You will leave her session feeling great!
There truly are not enough words to describe how incredible Kim is. She is not only an amazing mentor and leader, but she is strong, authentic, and most importantly, my friend. I found Kim over a year and a half ago when I was desperate to improve my eating habits. For years, I struggled with body dysmorphia and experimented with crash diets and over training with the goal of losing weight, not knowing that I was harming my body. Kim has taught me the importance of fueling my body properly and not being afraid to enjoy food again. Now that I'm fueling my body properly, my strength has significantly increased in the gym and I've created a strong, beautiful body that I am proud of.
I highly recommend working with Kim. Her knowledge and dedication to nutrition and fitness is amazing. She works individually with all her clients, tailoring their nutrition plans to meet each client's goals and lifestyles. There is no one size fits all here! Our weekly check ins provide guidance and keep me motivated to achieve my goals! Kim really gets to know all of her clients and guides them on a journey to a sustainable, happy, and healthy life. Working with Kim was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I cannot recommend her enough.
