Kimberly Glass started KG Healthy Habits in 2015, when fellow friends and family reached out to her for
fitness and nutrition advice.
When her first few clients started
to see MAJOR results,
they soon began to spread the word.
Kim currently works out at least 5 times a week at CrossFit RVA and loves the weight lifting, cardio and gymnastics dynamics of the sport.
